1 new COVID case and 146 recoveries recorded

1 new COVID-19 case has been recorded since the last update on Thursday last week.

There were 146 recoveries.

Permanent Secretary for Health Doctor James Fong says the only case was recorded in the Western Division.

Doctor Fong also says this is the first time since May 2022, that they have had zero hospitalisations with positive COVID-19 results.

The Permanent Secretary further says as of Wednesday, 171,532 booster eligible individuals have so far received their 3rd dose while 29,745 individuals have been administered the 4th dose.
