Liz Vamarasi scooped three awards at the 2026 FIPRA Awards Night, showcasing the talent the 24-year-old has in music.
Vamarasi won the Best iTaukei Song Award for Burotukula, the 2026 Most Popular Song Award for Rawai and the Most Popular Music Video Award for Wasea.
She acknowledged the support of her family and friends, especially her fans, who have supported her throughout her music career.
While officiating at the Awards Night, Fiji Performing Rights Association Board Chairperson Isireli Gumatua says the event is not about winning an award, but about recognising the work artists and composers have done.
He says music has been a part of our society for a long time and hopes more Fijian music can be recognised throughout the region.
Looking at the other award winners, Kuki won the International Achievement Award, while Paradise Roots was awarded Artist of the Year and the Best Composition Award for Kavoro.
InsideOut won the Best English Song Award for Wele, Mr Sam claimed the Best Hip Hop Song Award for Jeke Taniela, while Vude King Seru Serevi was recognised for his Outstanding Service to Fijian Music.
