England coach Thomas Tuchel is expected to name a stronger lineup in the team's final World Cup warm-up match against Costa Rica after a 1-0 win over New Zealand.

Harry Kane scored the winner as England continued their preparations in Tampa, with Tuchel using 22 players across the match to assess his squad options.

With England's opening World Cup clash against Croatia approaching, Tuchel is now expected to move away from experimentation and focus on building momentum with his preferred starting side.

The German coach was pleased with England's second-half performance and confirmed there were no injury concerns following the match.
