US Dad ‘forced daughter to cut off all her hair’ after mum let her get highlights

A teenager was allegedly forced to cut all of her hair off after she had highlights put in for her birthday.
Kelsey from Fostoria Ohio had reportedly been taken to get the blonde streaks in her hair by her mum.
She later went to visit her dad, Schaffen Frederick and step‑mum Sarah Murray who allegedly ordered for her hair to be sliced off as punishment for the dye.
Mum Christin Johnson shared images on Facebook of Kelsey before she left and again after she returned home from her dad’s.
