Miss Fiji Ailava Samuels is the 2026/2027 Miss Pacific Islands.

Samuels was crowned as Miss Pacific in Nadi last night.

The first runner up was Miss Papua New Guinea, the second runner up was Miss Samoa, the third runner up was Miss Tonga while the fourth runner up was Miss Cook Islands.

Your victory is a moment of immense national pride and it reflects not only your grace and humility, but also your resilience, courage, and unwavering commitment to representing Fiji with dignity on the regional stage.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka highlighted this while sending his well wishes on behalf of the Government and the people of Fiji, to the newly crowned Miss Pacific Islands Ailava Samuels saying in the face of intense scrutiny and challenges, she demonstrated remarkable composure and strength of character.

Rabuka says Samuels journey reminds us all that true leadership is grounded in perseverance, humility, and belief in one’s purpose.

He says she has carried our nation’s hopes with honour and has shown the Pacific the spirit of Fiji, humble, compassionate, resilient, and proud.

The Prime Minister says this achievement belongs not only to Samuels, but to every young Fijian who dares to dream, to rise above adversity, and to serve with heart.

He says she has inspired our nation and uplifted our collective spirit.

Rabuka says as she begins her reign, may she continue to use her voice to champion the values of unity, empowerment, and Pacific solidarity.
