Police Commissioner, Rusiate Tudravu met with the Army Commander, Major General Jone Kalouniwai this morning.
The meeting focused on where the Republic of Fiji Military Forces can assist in relation to the drug operations and other serious crime.
Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka had earlier stated that the Police will take a lead role in this and the RFMF will assist them in serious crime.
Rabuka had also said that returning peacekeepers may be included in some of the operations as part of the plan.
