The Super Rugby Pacific will continue to talk to the Government about making a Super Rugby Pacific “Bula Round” a reality in the future, but there are still more developments needed in order for Fiji to host that as well.
This has been highlighted by the CEO of Super Rugby Pacific, Jack Mesley, who says he would love to see a Bula Round in Fiji.
He says in order to do that, Fiji do need some facility developments like more lights, and more changing rooms to be able to play that many games over a weekend.
Mesley says across the competition, he has seen a lot of the high-performance setups, and he was really impressed with the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua's setup.
He says it is great to be here at Churchill Park in Lautoka to see the stadium and see the game today between the Drua and the Force.
He adds it is clear that there's a lot of passion for the game, a lot of passion for Super Rugby Pacific and obviously a lot of passion for the Drua.
