Fiji to host 2026 Miss Pacific Islands Pageant despite not participating this year

Fiji has been announced as the host for the 2026 Miss Pacific Islands Pageant, although Fiji did not participate in the 2025 competition, and in past recent years.

The decision was revealed at the closing of the 2025 pageant in Honiara.

The announcement came after Samoa’s contestant, Litara Ieremia Alan was crowned Miss Pacific Islands 2025, marking Samoa’s second consecutive win.

In other results, Miss Tonga was crowned the first runner-up, Miss American Samoa finished as the second runner up while Miss Solomon Islands and Miss Cook Islands finished third and fourth runners up respectively.
