FIJI Water Flying Fijians has created history by beating England 30-22 in Twickenham for the first time.

Selestino Ravutaumada was a busy man on the field as he set up Waisea Nayacalevu and Simi Kuruvoli for a try each.

Ravutaumada has dedicated the win to the fans at home.

Fiji looked a bit shaky in the first few minutes as England took an early lead after a penalty to George Ford in the 5th minute.

This was quickly followed up by a try to Jonny May who pushed off Ravutaumada to put them ahead 8-0.

Fly-half Caleb Muntz was on fire with the way he marshaled the attack and also looked good in defense.

Muntz converted six from six kicks.

His first got Fiji back into the game in the 18th minute after converting a penalty from 40 metres out.

Selestino Ravutaumada broke through the middle and passed to his captain Nayacalevu for the try which was later disallowed for a forward pass.

England led 8-3 at half-time.

Fiji kicked things off in the second half with a repeat of Ravutaumada passing to Nayacalevu and Muntz converting to finally put them in the lead 10-8.

Vinaya “The Bossman” Habosi scooped up a loose ball from the ruck and galloped down the sideline to extend Fiji’s lead to 17-8.

England replacement Marcus Smith got one back for his team and former Auckland Blues centre Joe Marchant dotted down in the corner to keep them within reach, easily converted by Ford 22-23.

Ravutaumada had the last say as he tiptoed his way through defenders before passing to Kuruvoli for the try, sealed by Muntz’s conversion.

The Flying Fijians now head to France for the Rugby World Cup in two weeks.

They take on Wales in their first match on 11th September at 7am.
