Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School will be backing its Under-14 and Under-16 Deans teams and its Raluve Under-18 side as they aim to bring glory to the school in the Vodafone Deans Southern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Union and Weetbix Raluve finals this Saturday.
The Under-14 side will take on Suva Grammar School at 8.30am, while the Under-16 team will face Nasinu Secondary School.
The time for the Under-16 match is yet to be confirmed.
The Raluve Under-18 side will then meet Lomary Secondary School.
MGM High has continued to make its mark in sports, with its Under-17 team creating history by winning the 2023 Deans Under-17 title against Ratu Kadavulevu School.
The school has also enjoyed success in athletics, claiming back-to-back girls' division titles at the Coca-Cola Games.
In other finals, Marist Brothers High School will face Suva Grammar School in the Under-15 final, Gospel High School will take on Suva Grammar School in the Under-17 final, Nasinu Secondary School will meet Suva Grammar School in the Under-19 final, and Nasinu Secondary School will also face Suva Grammar School in the Under-18 final.
In the Weet-Bix Raluve Competition, Suva Grammar School will take on Nasinu Secondary School in the Under-16 final.
All matches will be played at the Suva Grammar Grounds and Veiuto Ground.
