Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige reveals that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is the most important MCU film to the franchise's overarching story since Avengers: Endgame.

Team Ant-Man is facing off with their most dangerous foe in Kang the Conqueror in the Peyton Reed-directed threequel.

Unlike its predecessors, the film has explicit ties to the bigger MCU, especially its efforts in setting up the Multiverse Saga.

Ant-Man 3 has been described as peak MCU.

Admittedly, it's interesting that Marvel Studios is going big for the threequel, but it's all part of its storytelling approach of seeing some of the most underestimated heroes in the franchise go up against its next big bad.

The Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hits the screens tomorrow.
