Ghana have secured a dramatic 95th minute 1-0 victory over Panama in their opening FIFA World Cup Group L match.
After a scoreless first half, Caleb Yirenkyi scored the winner in the fifth minute of injury time.

The win gives the Black Stars an early boost in their bid to reach the knockout stages.
Ghana are making their fifth FIFA World Cup appearance, having previously featured in 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2022. Their best performance came in 2010 when they reached the quarter-finals.
Panama are appearing in only their second FIFA World Cup after making their tournament debut in 2018 and are still chasing their first World Cup win.
Ghana will next face England at 8am next Wednesday before taking on Croatia at 9am next Sunday.
Meanwhile, Panama will meet Croatia at 11am next Wednesday before facing England at 9am next Sunday.
Earlier today, Portugal and DR Congo settled for a 1-all draw while England defeated Croatia 4-2.
Uzbekistan will take on Colombia at 2pm.
