England produced an impressive display in their final international friendly ahead of the FIFA World Cup, defeating Costa Rica 3-0 in Orlando.
The match was delayed by an hour due to storms, but England wasted little time asserting their dominance once play got underway.
Midfielder Declan Rice opened the scoring after nine minutes to give them a 1-nil advantage heading into half-time.
England continued to dominate, with Anthony Gordon scoring their second goal in the 68th minute, while substitute Ollie Watkins added a third three minutes from full-time.
The victory provides a timely confidence boost for England ahead of their World Cup opener against Croatia next Thursday at 7am.
They will then face Ghana on 24th June at 8am before taking on Panama on 28 June at 9am.
Meanwhile, the 2026 FIFA World Cup gets underway tomorrow, with hosts Mexico facing South Africa at 7am and South Korea taking on the Czech Republic at 2pm.
