Salauneune applies for release to play for Ba
Soccer striker Jone Salauneune could be featuring for Ba again in the new season in the Pillay Garments Champions League.

Salauneune, who has been playing in New Zealand this year, has applied for his release along with Lautoka’s Semesa Doidoi to play for Ba.

In addition, two overseas players from the Philippines and Liberia have shown interest.

Ba soccer president Rishi Kumar said strikers Fayah Camara and Clarence Clark have long been pursuing to play for the Men in Black.

Meanwhile, in the first match of the Champions League, Ba will take on Suva at 4pm next Sunday at Churchill Park.
