Changes expected in Netball Fiji
Changes are expected to be made at the helm of Netball Fiji after current committee members, president Milika Munivai handed in her resignation letter last Friday, secretary Patricia Rokoua and treasurer Christina Rokoua also agreed to step down.

Lautoka Netball president Sala Drasuna said that elections are in the pipeline for new executives, however, they will await the arrival of the national team from the Cook Islands tomorrow to relay to them the message of Munivai's resignation.

Drasuna added they want a smooth transition from the old committee before elections will be done.

Meanwhile, presidents from various districts had earlier asked Munivai to step down as president before the team left for the Pacific Cup Series in the Cook Islands, after she allegedly failed to confirm sponsorship for the team to travel across.

The national team is due to arrive at 10:30am tomorrow in Nadi.
