More raids expected by Immigration
More raids are expected to be carried out on those staying in the country illegally.

Immigration Department Director Major Nemani Vuniwaqa said that following the raids in parts of Suva last Friday and Saturday, they understand that there are still many who are breaching their visa conditions or have been overstaying.

After revelations that the 7 Asian women arrested during a raid over the weekend were part of a prostitution ring, Vuniwaqa said that they are now focusing on the ring leaders however they will be taking a different approach this time around.
