As students around the country begin their Term three classes today there are revelations that schools cannot charge additional fees unless it is approved by the Education Ministry.
Minister Filipe Bole said government pays school fees for students from classes one to form seven, however there are other charges for the running of the schools.
He added fees such as these must be approved by the Ministry first.
A few schools have advised parents through advertisements to clear off the remaining fees and charges incurred during the year before their children enter their classrooms today.
