Squatter group praises Govt for keeping promise
An organization which has set out to give squatters a legal piece of land as well as better housing, has labeled the current government as the only government that truly cares about the plight of the less fortunate.

People's Concerned Network Director Semiti Qalowasa made these comments at the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Lagilagi Housing Pilot Project at the Jittu Squatter Settlement yesterday stating that for years they have struggled to have the voices of squatters heard, however this all changed with the current government.

Qalowasa said past governments were full of false promises.
