Excitement has been building since last weekend’s semi-finals confirmed the first-ever showdown between the two New Zealand rivals.
The Hurricanes head into the final as the competition’s standout team, having dazzled fans throughout the season with an explosive attacking game that has yielded a remarkable 104 tries.

Standing between them and the title are the experienced Chiefs, who will contest their fourth consecutive Grand Final and travel to the capital brimming with confidence after a commanding semi-final victory over the Crusaders.
The tickets for the final were sold out in 15 minutes, guaranteeing a packed stadium and a vibrant atmosphere in Te Whanganui-ā-Tara for what promises to be an unforgettable championship clash.
