Three youths appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday charged with with one count of aggravated robbery after allegedly robbing a 21 year old man in Nabua.
The incident allegedly occurred in the early hours of last Saturday, where the three, aged 19, 18 and 16 years old, assaulted and robbed the victim of his phone and cash.
Police say a raid was conducted by the Southern Division Task Force which led to the arrest of the accused persons all residing in Nabua.
The 19 and 18 year old accused persons were remanded by the court, while the juvenile was bailed.
Their case has been transferred to the Suva High Court and will be called again on the 25th of this month.
