Manchester City will have more players at the FIFA World Cup than any other club, with a record 19 players representing 12 different countries at the tournament.

Despite missing out on the Premier League title, City's players remain among the most sought-after on the international stage.

The champions of Germany, England, France and Spain follow closely behind, while Arsenal will have 16 players representing 10 nations at the World Cup.

Italian champions Inter Milan will have only seven players at the tournament, largely due to Italy's failure to qualify.

Among Premier League clubs, only the top three teams from the 2025/26 season have more World Cup representatives than Conference League winners Crystal Palace, who have 12 players selected.

Newly promoted Sunderland have also made a strong impression, matching Chelsea and Liverpool with 11 World Cup representatives, highlighting the club's extensive international recruitment.

Meanwhile, Brentford, Everton and Leeds will each have only four players involved at the World Cup, allowing the majority of their squads a longer off-season break before preparations begin for the new campaign.

All 48 World Cup squads have now been confirmed, with fans eagerly awaiting the tournament as the world's best players prepare to represent their countries on football's biggest stage.

Meanwhile, the FIFA World Cup will kick off next Friday and run until 20th July.
