The pools for the 2026 Extra Futsal Inter-District Championship have been confirmed, with eight teams set to compete in the tournament.
Suva, Lami, Labasa and Rakiraki Futsal have been drawn in Pool A, while Pool B features Tailevu Naitasiri, Rewa, Nadi and Ba Futsal.
Fiji FA Competitions Manager Shaniya Shankar says the championship marks another important step in the development of futsal in Fiji.
She has also thanked Extra Supermarket for its continued support towards the development of futsal and providing opportunities for players and district teams.
Extra Supermarket Chief Marketing Officer Lailanei Burns has reaffirmed the company's commitment to the tournament as its major sponsor for the third consecutive year.
Shankar has wished all eight teams well as they prepare for the championship.
The Championship will be played from Thursday to Sunday at Vodafone Arena in Suva.
