Grammar athletes urged to have fun and enjoy the Coke Games - Delai

The Suva Grammar School Athletics team has been told to have fun and enjoy the Coca-Cola Games.

Grammar Head Coach, Jone Delai shared this with fijivillage Sports, saying the squad was enjoying their pool recovery session as they counted down to the Games, which kick off next week, Thursday.

Delai says the mood among the athletes is one of being cool, calm, and collected.

He says they only had five weeks to prepare for the Zone, and they were able to keep up with a Champion Marist team.

Delai says this year's competition will be tough, adding Queen Victoria School will be the team to watch out for.

Grammar came second in the boys' division last year, with 7 gold, 10 silver, 9 bronze, and placed 5th in the girls' division with 2 gold, 7 silver, and 4 bronze.

The Coke games will be held from next Thursday to Saturday.
