Fijian Drua to host 8 home games in 2027 Super Rugby Pacific season
Good news for Swire Shipping Fijian Drua fans as they have now confirmed that the Drua will host 8 games at home for the Shop N Save 2027 Super Rugby Pacific season.

The Drua will host the Highlanders in round 1 on 13th February, the Reds on Saturday 27th February in round 3, the Blues in round 6 on Saturday 20th March, the Force on 10th April in round 9, defending champions the Hurricanes on Saturday 10th April, they then face the Brumbies on Saturday 15th May at 4.30pm in round 14, with the Crusaders the following week on 21st May at 7.30pm, with the final home game against the Waratahs on 29th May at 4.30pm.

The upcoming campaign marks a major milestone for the club, with Fiji hosting almost all the competition’s powerhouse teams—with the sole exception of the Chiefs.

Super Rugby Pacific CEO, Jack Mesley says they are delighted to deliver a 2027 draw that gives fans more to look forward to than ever before.

Mesley says every team begins the season with a clear ambition to win the title.

He says throw in all the traditional and emerging rivalries, and a new Finals Series where every game is sudden death, and there will be more at stake in every Super Rugby Pacific fixture, from the opening whistle through to the Grand Final.

The Super Rugby Pacific CEO says over the last three seasons the competition has experienced growth across all key metrics and they are confident that they have delivered a fan-focused draw for 2027 that will continue to build on that positive momentum.

The Fijian Drua says the home games venues and tickets will be confirmed soon.

There is a new finals format this year as the top six teams at the end of the 2027 regular season will contest a revamped three-week Finals Series, with the top two progressing directly to the Semi-Finals and teams ranked third and fourth hosting sudden-death Elimination Finals.

The 2027 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific Grand Final will be played on Saturday 26 June.
