Crystal Palace go into this morning’s match against Aston Villa after picking up just one point from their last five league games.
However, recent history suggests Villa may have more to worry about, even though they are third on the table.
Since Oliver Glasner took charge, Palace have had the upper hand over Villa.
They are unbeaten in six matches, winning five of them and scoring far more goals than Unai Emery’s side.
This run includes big wins at Selhurst Park and a 3-0 FA Cup semi-final victory last season.
Palace are also the only team to have beaten Villa at Villa Park in a long time, doing so twice since October 2024
It is Palace’s longest current unbeaten run against any Premier League team and the toughest run Emery has had against a single opponent.
Palace face Villa at 7.30am.
