Magistrate Shageeth Somaratne has ordered the Police prosecution to produce the electronic devices of Fijian-British national Charlie Charters this Friday.
The case is before the Magistrates Court because the defence wants the electronic devices to be returned.
Police Prosecutor Shailend Prasad says there is an ongoing investigation involving the principal offender.
Prasad adds they want to ensure that Charters' electronic devices are not linked to that investigation.
Defence lawyer Seforan Fatiaki then objected to this, saying that the proceedings had already been permanently stayed by the High Court.
Fatiaki says an extraction report from the electronic devices had already been prepared.
Charters is a free man after the Suva High Court granted a permanent stay of proceedings.
