Winning a Super Rugby match in Canberra the home of the ACT Brumbies, is widely considered one of the toughest challenges, making the Swire Shipping Drua’s victory there impressive and a strong reflection of the team’s performance.
Speaking to fijivillage News after Saturday’s match, Drua head coach Glen Jackson praised his players for sticking to their system and game plan, highlighting their discipline and defensive effort as key factors in the win.
Jackson also commended the senior players for leading by example, expressing hope that Issak Fines Leileiwasa, Temo Mayanavanua, and Virimi Vakatawa will continue their strong form in upcoming matches.
