As the intensity of training kicks in again for the Fiji 7s team, coach Ben Ryan has his own way of connecting with the players in camp.
Fijivillage caught up with Jerry Tuwai and Ryan and discovered a secret behind the nippy halfback.
On a lighter note, Ryan gave Tuwai an interview to have a bit of a laugh after a tough training session.
He also gave away Tuwai’s secret on what keeps him going.
Meanwhile the team will be having a training session at Raviravi Village in Beqa Island on Friday.
They will be also presenting their I-tatau to the President tomorrow.
The women's team leaves for Rio on Saturday while the men's team leaves next Tuesday.
Fiji will take on Brazil in their first Rio Olympics pool game at 4.30am on August 10th, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am before taking on USA at 4.30am on August 11th.
