The committee formed by the Fiji Football Association to look into allegations of assault by National Coach Christophe Gamel is expected to round off their investigation this week.
Fiji FA’s CEO Mohammed Yusuf says only three Ba players which include Amena Bolaitamana, Kalaveti Sivoi and Kini Madigi have given their statements while the fourth Ba player, Simione Nabenu did not show up.
He says all five Fiji FA staff that were present at the Fiji FA Academy during the alleged incident have also given their statements to the Committee.
These players who were part of the Fiji Under 23 trials are standing by their claims that they were allegedly assaulted by Gamel.
The President of the Fiji Football Association, Rajesh Patel says Gamel has been interviewed and he has denied assaulting or abusing any players.
