I have nurtured athletes who have excelled in sports and studies - Cocagi
Suva 1 Assistant Coach and Holy Trinity School teacher, Adrea Cocagi with his children

Suva 1 Assistant Coach and Holy Trinity School teacher, Adrea Cocagi says 14 years of teaching at Holy Trinity Primary School and collaborating with the primary school athletics team, he has helped nurture athletes to excel both in their studies and in sports.

While speaking to fijivillage Sports, Cocagi says he has trained athletes such as Sera Nasilivata, who is the third fastest woman in the Pacific at just 15-years-old.

He noted that the landscape of athletics has changed significantly over the years, and when children are guided along the right path, they succeed.

Cocagi believes that Josese Murimurivalu is a talented athlete who could make a name for himself, and for the country, if given proper guidance to reach his full potential.

He also says that he has trained other athletes who have successfully transitioned into different sports, including rugby.

He says this years competition was very tough even though they won the boys division.
