Tongan lock dreamt of representing Fiji

Fiji born Tongan lock forward Joe Tuineau dreamt of donning the Flying Fijians jersey while growing up.

The former Otago Highlanders player grew up in Nasinu where his father was a church minister but they moved to New Zealand when he was 8 years old.
