Samoa defeats Tonga in PNC

The Samoan rugby team has defeated Tonga by 27 points to 13 in round three of the IRB Pacific Nations Cup competition.

This was Samoa's second win in the competition and they remain on course for a second place finish while Tonga suffered their second loss.

Samoa's next match will be against the Flying Fijians on Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

Meanwhile the next match will see the Junior All Blacks take on Japan at this hour at Churchill Park.
