Rewa duo tries to get fit for Champions League
Two senior Rewa soccer players are trying their best to keep up with fitness as Champions League kicks off tomorrow at Govind Park.

Deadly striker, Ratu Veresa Toma has picked up a hamstring injury and he only managed light training throughout the week.

Fiji's number one goalkeeper, Simione Tamanisau has also missed some training sessions due to work commitments but Delta Tigers coach, Marika Rodu is hopeful the duo will be fit when they take on Lautoka.

Meanwhile, Rewa is also expected to introduce some Under 19 players in its first match.

In the first round of Champions league matches that kick off at Govind Park tomorrow, Rewa takes on Lautoka at 2pm and Ba plays Navua at 4pm.

You can hear the commentary of both matches on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
