Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil's agent says that talks with Arsenal over a contract extension are "going in a positive way".
Ozil's contract at the Emirates expires at the end of the season, meaning that he is free to negotiate a pre‑contract deal with clubs outside England from January.
His future with Arsenal has been in doubt for some time now however his agent says that Ozil wants to continue playing in the English Premier League.
Arsenal will play Watford at 4.30am Sunday in the English Premier League.
