Names of Fiji U20 Extended Squad released

The Fiji Rugby Union has today released the names of the Vodafone Fiji U20 Extended Squad to prepare for the 2016 Oceania Rugby U20 Trophy Competition which will be held at the ANZ Stadium from the 26th of this month to the 11th of December.

The teams participating in the tournament include Tonga, Fiji and the Cook Islands.

The winner of the tournament will qualify for the World Rugby U20 Trophy Competition.

Coach Salimoni Ravouvou has named some well known players including Marist Brothers High School prop Kaliopasi Uluilakepa, Alivereti Rabukawaqa, Ratu Kinivuai Veitata, Eroni Naua and Lemeki Cagialau in the fowards.

Ravouvou has also included some Under 18 backs which include Peni Matawalu, Peniasi Ratu, Frank Lomani and Jone Manu.

Overseas based Filimoni Savou has also been included in the squad alongside Serupepeli Turuva, Timoci Tavatava-nawai and Peceli Dulaki.
