Former Crusaders first-five, Mitchell Hunt has a good chance to start at No 10 for the Highlanders against the Sharks in the Super Rugby this week.
Hunt says he is hoping for a bit more game time and a chance to really express himself on the field, something he didn't get a lot of in Christchurch.
He says it was a professional decision to come to Dunedin and expand his game.
Mitch Hunt's game time at the Crusaders was limited by the presence of Richie Mo'unga.
Meanwhile, Aaron Smith is available for selection against the Sharks on Friday but could be used off the bench.
The Highlanders will take on the Sharks at 6.05pm this Friday at Forsyth Barr Stadium.
