The Labasa soccer association is expected to be run by an interim committee soon which will be appointed by the Fiji Football Association.
Fiji FA's Acting President, Sheik Ibrahim confirmed that they have received a letter from some officials of Labasa soccer that their President is in-effective.
Ibrahim said Labasa soccer President, Ajesh Sharma is not even answering his phone calls.
Ibrahim added that things are not looking good for the Babasiga Lions as the whole of Vanua Levu gets ready to host the Vodafone Fiji Fact next year.
Fijivillage tried to speak to Sharma however he is not answering his phone.
