"We are aiming to take the Deans Trophy to Raiwaqa."
Those were the words of John Wesley College Under 18 rugby team Manager, Maciu Rika as they prepare to take on Ratu Navula College in the Coke Zero Deans quarter final this Saturday.
Rika says they are ready to play their best rugby game this weekend.
Meanwhile one of the players who is expected to stamp his mark is half-back Sosiceni Masiwaka who is also part of the Fiji Under 18 7s squad that is preparing for the Youth Commonwealth Games in Samoa in September.
Rika says five of their key players from last year have gone to other schools and one has taken up a contract in France.
John Wesley College has never won the Deans trophy while Ratu Navula won the trophy in 2013.
John Wesley will take on Ratu Navula at 12.10pm Saturday.
Meanwhile in other quarter finals, Nasinu Secondary School will face RKS at 10.50am while Lelean Memorial School will take on Cuvu College at 2.50pm.
