Final field for Melbourne Cup confirmed

The 2015 Melbourne Cup.

The final field for Tuesday's $6.2 million Melbourne Cup at Flemington has been decided.

There are eight individual Group 1 winners in the Cup field however they include some outstanding stayers.

One being Hartnell who has won the Turnbull Stakes, Jameka took the Caulfield Cup and Sir John Hawkwood took out The Metropolitan.

The Melbourne Cup will be at 3pm next Tuesday.
