Fiji under 20 winger Epeli Momo has been suspended for six weeks after he was shown a red card for a dangerous tackle in the game against the New Zealand Under 20 rugby team last week.

Fiji was thrashed 53‑7 in that match.

Momo had entered an early guilty plea.

He will be able to play the 2019 U20 World Rugby Championship in Argentina where Fiji is due to play on the 5th June.

Meanwhile, the Fiji under 20 rugby team will play the Junior Wallabies at 7 tonight.
