Vodafone Fiji 7s captain Osea Kolinisau says they will treat every pool game of the Hong Kong 7s like a final.

Fiji has appeared in 26 finals and has won 16 making them the most successful team at So Kon Po.

Kolinisau says they want to win this tournament.

Coach Gareth Baber says Hong Kong will also be special to him.

Fiji will take on Hong Kong in a training hit‑out ahead of the tournament and Baber is hoping his familiarity with the competition, and the added importance his players give to Hong Kong, leads to a first win of the season.

Fiji is pooled with New Zealand, Wales and Japan.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will play their first game against Japan at 11.54pm next Friday, they will take on Wales at 5.12pm Saturday while Fiji plays NZ in their final pool match at 9.12pm Saturday.
