Fiji Rugger To Feature In NZ Cup Rugby

The Air Pacific Fiji Warriors and Tailevu Rugby fullback, Iliesa Keresoni will feature in the 2008 Air New Zealand Cup rugby competition.

Keresoni has signed with the Taranaki club for the competition which runs from July to October.

Keresoni who is recognized as Fiji's best under-19 and under-21 player is also expected to play for the Fiji 15's rugby team during the Pacific Nations Cup campaign in June.

He will later in the year take up his contract with the England based Saracens club, which already has the services of Fijian Internationals Kameli Ratuvou and Mosese Rauluni.
