Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team is up for the Team of the Year Award at the Fiji Sports Awards tonight.
The national side won the HSBC 7s series last year. Coach Gareth Baber has also been nominated for Coach of the Year Award. Jerry Tuwai has also been nominated for the Best Sportsman Award.
Other contenders for Team of the Year Award include Fiji Womens 4x100m Relay Team to the 2019 Pacific Games, Fiji Badminton 2019 Pacific Games Team, 2019 Pacific Games Womens Basketball Team, Fiji Judo Association Women's Team, Vodafone Fiji Bati Team, Special Olympics - Womens 5 A-Side Football Team, 2019 Pacific Games Swimming Team, Fiji Table Tennis Womens Team, Nausori Taekwondo Club, Weightlifting Fiji Youth & Junior Oceania & Commonwealth Championship Team.
