The Fiji Airways Drua believe they can go all the way after securing the Australian National Rugby Championship's Minor Premiership.
Drua Coach Senirusi Seruvakula says this is a massive achievement for Fiji Rugby and especially the local players performing at this level.
Seruvakula says that last year was not a good year for the Drua when they were going towards the semi‑final and they lost some of their experienced players to the Flying Fijians but this year it's different as all the players are going to be in camp going into the semi final.
The Drua were knocked out in the semi‑finals in their inaugual NRC campaign last year but Seruvakula believes this time they can go all the way.
As top qualifiers, the Fiji Drua will host the fourth‑placed Canberra Vikings in the first NRC semi final.
The teams clashed at the same Churchill Park less than two weeks ago, with the Drua letting a 26 point lead slip before recovering to sneak home 40‑35, in a match Seruvakula labelled very disappointing.
Meanwhile, if the Drua win their semifinal game this weekend they will be hosting the NRC final.
The Drua will host the Canberra Vikings in their NRC semifinal at Churchill Park at 3pm Saturday and you can catch the live commentary of this match on our sister station VitiFM on 92.2FM, 92FM and 92.6FM.
In the second semifinal, Western Force will take on Queensland Country at 5pm Sunday.
