World Rugby has announced that Samoan-born Irish centre, Bundee Aki will attend a disciplinary hearing in Tokyo today after receiving a red card against Samoa last Saturday.

They say the independent Judicial Committee will be chaired by Adam Casselden joined by former international coach Frank Hadden and former referee Valeriu Toma.

Meanwhile, Samoa Rugby World team had say that they will do whatever they to stop the Irish centre from being suspended and play in their quarterfinal clash against the All Blacks this Saturday.

Manu Samoa coach Steve Jackson after their match against Ireland on Saturday stated that there was no malice in Aki's tackle but he was just physical in the collision and there is always that mitigating factor about how low a player can go.

Aki's hearing will take place in Tokyo at 10.30 tonight.

Ireland will face the All Blacks in the second quarterfinal at 10.15 pm this Saturday.
