Bowler Crashes Out Of World Cup

Fiji's number one singles bowler Ratish Lal has crashed out of the Champion of Champions World Cup Bowls tournament in Scotland.

Lal needed to win his final match against England to advance into the quarterfinal but lost by 6-5 and 7-6.

He was placed 6th in Section 2 with 12 points and failed to qualify to the last eight.
