7s team finalized for Mini Pacific Games

The Digicel Fiji 7s team management has finalised the 12-man squad for the Mini Pacific Games next month in the Cook Islands.

Coach Iliesa Tanivula has named most of the players in his team that successfully defended the Gold medal at the World Games in Taiwan.

But according to the General Manager of 7's team to the Games, Rusiate Ratakele some players named in the squad played in the Digicel Cup final yesterday and will go through a medical check-up and if they fail then there might be changes to the side.

Looking at the team: Seremaia Burotu, Osea Kolinisau, Jiuta Lutumailagi, Taniela Rawaqa, Apisai Nayabo, Suliasi Ramasima, Nasoni Roko, Peni Rokodiva, Orisi Sareki, Pio Tuwai, Watisoni Votu and Emosi Vucoago.

Fiji is the defending champion in the 7s rugby competition at the Mini Pacific Games.
