Speaking to fijivillage News, Rabuka says it will depend on how well they present their case for the amendments, and they will leave it to the Members of Parliament to vote.
He says he expects a lively debate on the Bill.
He adds that having the second reading is critical and, if it is carried by the required majority which is 66 percent of parliament, the Bill will then go through the various processes that follow.
The Prime Minister says it is very important for them to get the second reading underway this week.
66 percent of parliament is 35 which means that 35 MPs have to vote for the Constitution Amendment Bill.
