One of the top NZ reggae bands performing at Uprising Festival

One of New Zealand's top reggae bands “House of Shem” is performing at the sold out Vonu Uprising Festival of Music, Dance, and Lights

One of New Zealand's top reggae bands “House of Shem” is performing at the sold out Vonu Uprising Festival of Music, Dance, and Lights which is currently underway.

Fifteen top artists are performing at the event at Uprising Resort.

House of Shem is the first-ever reggae band in New Zealand to debut at number one on the day of release of their album “Island Vibration”.

Their last album “Keep Rising” got them worldwide acclaim and has been considered as one of the top reggae albums to ever come out of New Zealand alongside Katchafire.

Hundreds of people have already shown up for the event.

Other artists and groups performing are Sassy, DJ Christonite, Glass Alley, Via Ni Tebara, Rako Pasefika Dance, The Gang, Knox Brotherhood and David Steven's Band.

The Vonu Uprising Festival of Music, Dance and Lights will finish at 1am tomorrow.

Our personalities will also provide entertainment at the music and dance festival.
