The Fiji National Provident Fund has paid out an additional $35 million for 26,224 Tropical Cyclone Winston Natural Disaster applications over the Easter long weekend.
FNPF Chief Operating Officer Jaoji Koroi says the total amount paid out to members as at 1pm today is $135.6 million.
Koroi says all completed applications will be processed and paid out by next Monday.
Koroi says they have processed 111,224 applications so far.
FNPF opened the Cyclone Winston Natural Disaster Assistance on the 25th of last month and received a total of 146,000 applications by the final day of submission on the 18th of this month.
Koroi confirms that overseas based members will be validated this week.
He says they received about 300 applications from those members who are now living overseas.
